01Using the app

Offline Watch Games is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page. Use on supported iPhone and Apple Watch devices is subject to these service terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement, and do not replace, that licence. Minors should use the app with a guardian's guidance and approval for purchases.

02Free games and membership

8 games are free; membership unlocks the others as labelled in the app. Weekly, monthly and yearly memberships unlock the full collection while active. Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring charge, covering current games and future games added to this app's collection. It does not cover separately released apps.

Valid access is available on supported iPhone and Apple Watch devices using the same purchasing App Store account. Shared access does not mean game progress syncs automatically.

03Payment, renewal and cancellation

The purchase page and Apple's confirmation show the actual price and currency. Payment is charged to your Apple account after confirmation. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Apple charges for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends; a successful renewal extends access for one period.

To cancel on iPhone, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → this app. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Paid access continues until that period ends. Deleting the app or buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

04Restoring purchases and refunds

After reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore Purchases with the original purchasing account. Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund process, subject to applicable rules and law. Refunded, revoked or expired purchases may lose their access; this does not itself erase local game progress. Restoring purchases does not restore lost local saves.

05Saves and fair play

Look after your device and backups. Uninstalling, changing devices or restarting a game may lose local progress. If you connect to Game Center, nicknames, avatars and scores are used for leaderboards under Apple's rules. Do not cheat, falsify scores, bypass payment or infringe others' rights. This does not restrict conduct permitted by law. See the Privacy Policy for information handling.

06Updates, support and your rights

We may provide fixes and content updates. Material changes affecting purchased access or personal information will be communicated where required and handled under applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights, refunds or remedies that cannot be waived.
